The vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo 140 handling system is used for lifting 2 blocks of cheese. The tube lifter is attached to an SRA aluminum crane system, which ensures optimum load distribution. The 2 blocks of cheese, with the dimensions 570 x 570 mm (length x width) and a thickness of 150-200 mm, are lifted with a double suction pad and moved to automatic order picking. The location of the suction pads on the beam can be adjusted. The tube lifter JumboErgo 140 can easily lift the two blocks of cheese (each weighs 60 kg), thereby achieving a productivity increase of 50%.
