The vacuum lifting device VacuMaster HHVM is suited for removing wooden boards from areas of upright storage and moving them to an upright wood saw. The slim design of the lifting device makes it easy to remove large wooden boards. Next, the upright saw is loaded due to the device’s ability to swivel and lock in place in 90° increments. The wooden boards, which can weigh up to 180 kg, can be handled very well by the lifting device. The wood saw can be efficiently loaded by one person, without damaging the boards. For this application, the vacuum lifting device VacuMaster HHVM is combined with a Schmalz aluminum crane system SRA. The easy-to-move crane system covers the entire production hall and enables the flexible use of the vacuum lifting device.
