2. Stored data

Schmalz is the exclusive owner of all data acquired on our this website. We use these data only internally for the execution of our business process and do not pass them on to third parties. The data of our users are acquired during the registration procedure.

3. Registration

We utilise the registration process in order to offer our users a personalised, high-quality service. The users must enter the necessary company information during the registration procedure. These data are used in order to offer company-specific services.

4. Log files

Each time a user visits our website, we automatically record how the website is used. The recorded data are used to analyse trends and act as the basis for further improvement of our web pages.

5. Use of Facebook Social Plugins

This website uses social plugins (hereinafter “Plugins”) from the social network facebook.com/facebook.de (hereinafter “Facebook”) operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA

Your browser connects to Facebook’s systems directly when you access a page on our site that uses these Plugins. Facebook transfers the contents that the Plugins make use of to your browser directly, which then embeds them in the web page.

In addition, the Plugin sends Facebook information about the web page that you accessed. If you are logged on to Facebook at the same time from the same computer, Facebook can associate your access to our website with your Facebook account and link the two, whereby this is not limited to the actual access to the website itself. If you make active use of the Plugin, such as by clicking "Like" or posting a comment, the Plugin transfers this information to Facebook, where this activity is saved.

Further information concerning the scope and purpose for which data is stored, processed and used by Facebook can be found in Facebook's privacy policy. You can also find information about protecting your privacy and the options for making privacy-related settings on Facebook there.

Only staff members who need this information in order to do their jobs are permitted to access any data with which individual persons could be identified. The servers on which personal data are stored are located in a secure environment.

If you have any further questions about our data protection, please send us an email at webmaster@schmalz.de.
